Continuos improvement in the company.
We take advantage from lockdown period to complete our space refreshment, creating new separations from different departments and implementing new solution for cleaness and continuos sanification of working spaces, also with the aim to improve workers comfort.
We also tought on our customers, creating a new space, technical but comfortable, where we can go into sensorial questions about closures and their interaction with wines. In the new space take place our masterclasses on closure techniques.
A new washing and sanitifying machine for sniffing jars has been installed in Sensorial Sample Preparation Area.
To improve mind peacefulness of our sniffing team we have physically diveded Sample Preparation Area from Sniffing Room, in order to avoid noise and increase sniffers attention.
Printing Area has been totally renewed, in order to guarantee a more efficient and quick sanificaton of working rooms and to keep distance from other Working Areas. The first laser printer enter in our production to improve service quality.
Conditioning room has been totally reformed. The sterilization media based on ozone has been replaced by a innovative UV-C system, which are applied in two different ways. The first one is in the room, in order to sterilize and keep sterile conditions on air. The second one is coupled with ultrasonic dropped water: UV-C are able to ionize droplets which, meanwhile have the humidification effect, could sterilize corks into deep, without using any chemical and, of course, without any residual on the material.
Finally packaging area has been physically separated from lubrication area, in order to avoid any contact of finalized corks with packaging media as cartons or pallets.
